We also acknowledge the reality that systemic racism and other forms of discrimination persist in our society. As a firm, we are dedicated to doing our part to dismantle these barriers by intentionally seeking out and sharing the stories of Black and brown individuals and communities. Our work with Causewave Community Partners - featured in Minority Reporter - is one example of how we put this commitment into action.

Equally important is ensuring that Black and brown voices remain centered in business, nonprofit and community conversations around dignity, inclusion and belonging. We strive to listen, learn and create space for those perspectives. Jessica Lewis, our founder, underscored this value in Business Insider, offering guidance on how companies can commemorate Juneteenth with respect and authenticity.

Our commitment extends beyond storytelling. We actively support Black and brown-owned businesses as a way to promote economic equity and address systemic disparities.Through a partnership with the Rochester Business Journal, we launched a monthly column dedicated to elevating the stories of local Black and brown entrepreneurs and their businesses.
